Doug strives to provide an adaptable, individualized coaching experience that delivers on performance optimization, holistic well-being, and improving quality of life through movement
Doug's fitness journey began when he was 15 years old at the local Planet Fitness but he definitely wasn’t setting off any Lunk Alarms. After some hard-earned muscle gain, he discovered his passion for self-betterment and fell in love with the capability of the human body. Since then, he has dedicated himself to becoming a more knowledgeable coach.
Doug wants you to excel in YOUR sport - whatever that may be. He has provided fitness programming and injury prevention for climbers, surfers, runners and many other athletes. He's helped new moms and students balance their fitness with ever-changing schedules and stress-levels and he truly believes in his mission of helping others to improve their health and fitness so they may enjoy all aspects of life.
Personally, Doug enjoys adventure sports like mountain biking, rock climbing, wakeboarding and snowboarding. He loves camping, snorkeling, and hanging out with his fiancée and dogs. He resides in Florida but enjoys traveling to the Colorado Mountains or for a hike in Shenandoah. Although Doug savors his free time disconnecting in nature, he creates a meaningful relationship with each of his clients ensuring accountability and trust.
